We ship to the following countries: Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland, United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Switzerland.
The cost per shipment is €7 with a duration of 2 to 5 business days depending on the country of destination.
For shipments to Portugal the cost is €5 and an estimated duration of 3 business days.
In the case of Switzerland, the cost is €30 and an estimated duration of 5 business days.
Changes and refunds
You have 60 days from the delivery of the order by the carrier to make a change or a return of the product. You must communicate in this period by email to email@example.com
Changes in size or model are free. However, for returns outside of Spain, you will have to cover the shipping costs, with the exception of products that may be defective or wrong, in which case the costs would be assumed by us. To make return shipments, please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org to indicate the address of our warehouses. Shipping should preferably be done with a tracking number.
The changes will be made through the courier company that made the delivery. A courier will come to the address to change the product. It is not necessary to fill in any form, just prepare the merchandise as similar as possible to how it was received and write us to the email email@example.com to be able to manage it with the logistics partner.
The refund will be made with the same means of payment used in the initial transaction. We may retain the money until we have received the product and it has been examined.
The return of an order is not accepted if the merchandise is in poor condition, with signs of wear or signs of breakage after delivery.
